We manage and treat any type of wound; from the simplest to the most complex.

The wounds we most often treat are the following:

The vast majority of patients will require 2 visits per week. But each case is individual, and the frequency of visits may vary.

The medical team will decide the best treatment for you, the frequency of your healing, and the indications for care of your wounds and illnesses. In the same way, studies/laboratories will be requested to optimize the result of the treatment and, if necessary, it can be evaluated by other health professionals (vascular cardiologists, nutritionists, among others).

The type of wound we treat the most is venous insufficiency. Venous ulcer, also known as stasis ulcer, is the most common etiology of lower extremity ulceration (80-90%) and affects approximately 1% of the U.S. population. Venous ulcers are often recurrent, and an open ulcer can persist for weeks or many years. Serious complications include cellulitis, bone infection, and malignant changes. For this reason, it is important to get seen as soon as possible and follow all recommendations.

We offer compression therapy, which serves to decrease the diameter and pressure of blood vessels, increasing effectiveness and in turn preventing venous reflux.

We currently accept only the following health insurances:

- Medicare
- United Healthcare (Just Medicaid)
- Medicaid
- Aetna (comercial and medicare)
- Medicare with AARP
- Cash/Credit Cards/Apple Pay/Google Pay

We offer debridement with Xsonx. It provides the following:

- Less pain and anxiety
- Reduced procedural time
- Precise and uniform debridement
- Significant reduction of microbial buildup
- Faster healing

We accept several payment methods, but there are several ways for your health insurance to cover services or reimburse you for your payments. We have already done this successfully, but we cannot guarantee it.

You should have or know the following:

- Photo ID
- Health Insurance
- List of symptoms and medical conditions
- Recent medical studies and laboratories
- List of allergies if any
- List of drugs you use
- Name, email, and phone number of your primary care physician

Don't worry about long waits; All patients will be seen exactly at the time of their appointment, so we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes in advance. If you are unable to attend, you must call in advance or you will miss the appointment for that day.

We could evaluate new patients as soon as the same day based on availability of our clinician's schedule. We are not open 24 hours nor do we receive walk-in patients.
